As the second generation entered, a new vision emerged — to expand into global markets while preserving the values on which everything was built. Gaurav Industries was established in 2023 to bring that vision to life.

Mr. Dinesh Bothra is the founder of our Group of Companies. A school dropout who turned entrepreneur, he built the Group through hard work, determination, and business acumen. His vision and leadership continue to drive the company's growth and commitment to excellence.
He is leading strategic growth, operations and global business development. Holds a BAF from Jai Hind College and an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai. Joined the family business in 2020 and established Gaurav Industries in 2023 — focused on quality manufacturing, innovation and international market expansion.
He holds a BBI from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics and an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai. As Director of Kapil Agro Industries and Managing Director of Gaurav Industries, he oversees operations, strategic growth, business development, quality manufacturing, and market expansion.
